sweet tooth designs ships its orders insured via UPS, and requires a signature upon delivery. rates are based on the cost of merchandise, type of shipping method selected; ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight, and the ship to zip code. rates can be calculated in the shopping bag section of the website.
we ship from san francisco california. click here to see how many days it will take for your UPS ground package to arrive. shipping methods do not include days to make the item, process payment, and day it ships on. each item detail page will specify if it's in stock, or how long it will take to make. if we are unable to ship an item due to its availability, we will let you know in a timely manner, and your credit card will not be charged.
orders will be processed monday thru friday, excluding holidays. If you would like to find out about receiving an item quicker, contact us and we may be able to help you out.
we ship exclusively via UPS, and UPS does not deliver to p.o boxes, or apo/fpo address. to find out what stores are shipping our designs via other shipping methods, contact us and we'll let you know where it can purchased.
international shipping
unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. we
recommend setting up a US mailing address at myus.com. once your
credit card payment has been processed by the bank, we will ship
your purchase to your new US address. to receive your purchase,
log-in to your
myus.com account and let them know where and when you
want your package shipped to you.
