we will accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition within seven days of receipt, purchased directly from sweet tooth designs, or sweettoothdesigns.com. we will then issue credit for sweet tooth®  jewelry only, good for one year from its date of issue. please note that all sale items are final sale and can not be returned, and shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded. we recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured and trackable us mail, ups, fedex or other carrier as sweet tooth designs is not responsible for any returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. CODs will not be accepted. If you did not purchase the jewelry directly from sweet tooth via website or phone, contact the retail store where you purchased the item.
